摘要 研究了正向功率、载气流速和取样深度对氧化物和双电荷的影响,并通过调谐液优化仪器参数,建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法快速测定葡萄酒中38种微量元素的分析方法。样品采用硝酸直接稀释测定,在优化的条件下,通过选择不受干扰的质量数、编辑干扰方程、内标元素校正等方法使干扰降至最低程度。方法的检出限在0.000 1~32.00μg·L^(-1)范围,各元素的加标回收率在84.0%~121%之间,相对标准偏差小于5.0%,适合于葡萄酒中多元素的同时测定,为葡萄酒元素指纹特征研究提供参考。 An ICP-MS method was proposed in this paper for the determination of 38 trace elements in grape wine. The wine sample was prepared by dilution with nitric acid. Working parameters were optimized via the study of the effects of RF power, carrier gas flow rate and sampling depth on the formation of oxides and double-charged particles. Under the optimized conditions, interferences were depressed to minimum extent via selecting the noninterfering isotopes, compiling the correction equations and using internal standards. The proposed method showed low detection limits, wide linearity, and recovery ranged in 84%- 121% for various elements. Values of RSDs of the determination found were less than 5.0%. The method was feasible to be applied to the determination of trace elements in the wine and to nrovide a reference for finger-mark studv of elements in the win~
