c-erbB-2和nm23在原发性乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的:研究原发性乳腺癌组织中c-erbB-2和nm23的表达及临床意义。方法:采用SP法检测497例原发性乳腺癌c-erbB-2和nm23基因的表达情况,及与临床、病理诸因素之间的关系,并分析其表达间的相关性。结果:c-erbB-2的表达与肿瘤患者年龄、临床分期及腋淋巴结转移之间有关(均P<0.05)。nm23基因的表达与患者病理类型及年龄无显著性差异(P>0.05);nm23与淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小、临床分期呈正相关,c-erbB-2与nm23两者的表达无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:在临床中对c-erbB-2、nm23进行检测,有助于判断乳腺癌,尤其是腋淋巴结阴性乳腺癌的恶性程度和生物学行为,协助制定术后治疗方案。
