我国社区护理目前存在的问题与建议

The present problems and suggestions of community nursing in China

综述了社区护理的概念及社区护士的特点和职责。针对目前我国社区护理工作中存在的问题,参照国外社区护理的工作经验,并结合我国国情提出解决方案:鼓励拓展各种渠道,加大培养社区护士的力度;积极建立具有中国特色的社区护理模式;充分发挥政府的宏观调控职能;建立社区护理工作绩效评价体系,提高社区护士的职业认同感。

This paper expounded the definition of community nursing,as well as the characteristics and responsibilities of community nurses. Aiming at the present problems of community nursing in China ,some suggestions were proposed based on the experiences of abroad community nursing and the status of China, including strengthening the intensity of cultivating community nurses in various ways, positively constructing community nursing model with Chinese characteristics,thoroughly exerting functions of governmental macro -control,establishing performance evaluation system of community nursing and enhancing sense of career identification of community nurses.
