目的探讨心血管疾病住院患者行院内检查的安全管理措施。方法责任护士及陪检人员认真履行其职责,护士对患者在进行检查过程中可能出现的危险因素进行预见性评估,根据评估结果,做好急救用品等准备工作,认真做好交接班。结果实施院内检查安全管理措施后,未发生意外事件,减少了护患纠纷,提高了患者的满意度。结论采取有效的安全管理措施,可以提高心血管疾病患者外出检查时的安全性。

Objective To explore the methods and effect of nursing safety management for the hospitalized patients with cardiovascular diseases in the process of medical examination. Methods The nurses made predictive evaluation of the risk factors in tile process of medical examination and prepared for the first aid materials and drugs according to the evaluation. The principal nurses and nurse aids who accompanied the patients in the process of medical ex- anlination made handover sincerely and took their own responsihilities carefully. Results After the practice of nursing safety management,no accident occurred,which reduced nursing disputes and increased patient satisfaction. Conclusion Taking effective nursing safety management measures can ensure the safety in the process of medical examination for patients with cardiovascular diseases.
