摘要
采用自行合成的聚羧酸类分散剂马来酸酐聚乙二醇双酯-丙烯酸共聚物处理碳酸钙填料表面,将处理后的填料与尼龙-6共混复合制备复合材料。通过扫描电镜分析了碳酸钙在尼龙-6树脂基体中的分散形貌,考察了共聚物添加量及共聚物分子结构对填料分散性及复合材料力学性能的影响。研究表明马来酸酐聚乙二醇双酯-丙烯酸共聚物可显著改善碳酸钙填料在树脂基体中的分散性,可使尼龙-6/碳酸钙复合材料的的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和缺口冲击强度大幅提高。
Polyethylene glycol maleate-acrylic copolymer of polycarboxylic dispersing series was used as a novel dispersing agent in CaCO3/PP resin. Composites were prepared with treated fillers compounded with nylon-6. Morphology of the dispersed filler was analyzed by means of SEM, and effects of dosage of copolymer and molecular structure of copolymer on dispersing behavior of fillers and mechanical performance of composites were investigated. Testing results showed that the surface treatment of this copolymer could remarkably improve the dispersion of CaCO3 particles in nylon-6 matrix, and greatly enhance the tensile strength, fracture elongation and impact strength of fracture for the composites as well.
