摘要 以玻化微珠或闭孔珍珠岩为保温骨料的无机轻集料保温砂浆是一种新型建筑干粉砂浆,具有保温隔热及耐火、耐老化性能较好的特点。本文研究了水泥、改性剂、可再分散乳胶粉及不同的胶结料与保温骨料之比对保温砂浆性能的影响情况。结果表明,增加水泥用量,保温砂浆强度、导热系数提高,施工性能变差;在保持导热系数相同的条件下,改性剂能明显提高砂浆的抗压强度;砂浆中保温骨料含量增大,导热系数降低,但会对强度产生不利影响;可再分散乳胶粉掺量增大,砂浆拉伸粘结强度提高。当掺量为4%时,通过扫描电镜能明显观察到浆体中膜的形貌。 Insulation mortar with inorganic lightweight aggregate such as vitrified cenosphere or closed-cell perlite is a novel architectural dry-mixing powdered mortar featuring good thermal insulation, fire-resistance and ageing resistance. Effects of ratio of cement, modifier, redispersible powdered latex and different binding materials to thermal insulation aggregate on performance of the insulation mortar were studied. Testing results indicated that increase of cement content led to enhancing of strength and thermal conductivity of mortar whereas lowering of constructability; under the condition to keep thermal conductivity constant ,the modifier could remarkably improve compressive strength of mortar; increase of aggregate content in mortar led to reducing of thermal conductivity whereas resulting in adverse effects on strength; increase of redispersible powdered latex led to enhancing of tensile strength and bonding strength of mortar, at 4% addition, morphology of film in mortar could be observed obviously by SEM.
