玻璃、陶瓷表面镍-磷化学镀 被引量:2

Electroless Ni-P Plating on Porcelain Granule and Glass Substrates

摘要 采用以次亚磷酸钠为还原剂的化学镀工艺在普通平板玻璃和空心陶瓷基材表面沉积镍-磷镀层,并对制备的镀层性能进行了表征。结果表明,玻璃表面镀层厚度达到10μm时,平滑性、附着力较好;有效沉积时间达到15 min时,空心陶瓷表面镀层表面质量良好,与陶瓷有较好的附着力。 The eleetroless Ni-P plating was obtained by using sodium hypophosphite as reduetant on glass and porcelain granule surface. The results of performance measurements showed that Ni-P deposit with 10μm thickness on glass, had excellent brightness and adhesion. Ni-P films on the porcelain grain had good suface status and adhesion, when the effective plating time was up to 15 min.
