摘要
仪长原油管道新建的阴保系统不能达到100%的保护率,管线的部分区段保护电位达不到设计要求,就问题原因的调查分析、技术改进方案的制定及实施进行了阐述。同时,结合该工程的实践经验对长输原油管道阴极保护系统的设计提出了一些建议。指出:对于新建长输原油管道,影响其阴保系统保护效果的关键因素在于阳极地床的埋设位置和数量及电屏蔽干扰。
Aiming at the technical problems of cathodic protection project for Yichang oil pipeline, the reason analysis,improvement and implemental measures of technical proposals are introduced. Some proposals for the design of long-distance oil pipeline cathodic protection system are offered. It is pointed out that the position and quantity of anodic ground ybeds and electric screen are the key factors affecting the protective effectiveness of the cathodic protection system of newly built long-distance oil pipelines.
