The Development of Citizen Society and China's Choice of Patterns in Administering Urban Communities

公民社会与社区治理密切相关,公民社会是社区治理的基础和前提,二者之间存在双向互动的密切关系,公民社会发展呈现历时性和空间性特征,公民社会发展的历时性和空间性对社区治理模式选择有着重大的影响。本文在阐述公民社会发展和社区治理理论的基础上,分析了公民社会发展的历时性和空间性对城市社区治理模式选择的影响,并结合当前中国公民社会发展现状分析了当前中国城市社区治理选择政府主导型模式的合理性。

Citizen society is closely relative to community management, as its foundation and prerequisite. The citizen society and community management both exist in a mutually reactive and close relation. The development of citizen society appears in a temporal and spacial characteristic, which gives an important influence on the choice of community management patterns. Based on an explanation of the development of citizen society and the theory of community management, the paper analyzes the influence of the temporality and spaciality of citizen society development upon the choice of urban community management, and analyzes the rationality that the current China's urban community management chooses the governmental-lead pattern, with a referent to an analysis of the current situation of China's citizen society development.
