大型发电机组中管式胶带输送机的应用

Application of Tubular Rubber-belt Conveyer to Large Power Generator Set

管式胶带输送机在我国电厂中应用较少。为此,主要介绍了管式胶带输送机的特点、输送条件及其运行参数的选取,结合在珠海发电厂的使用情况,阐述了管式胶带输送机进行锅炉灰渣和飞灰处理的工作流程,对应用中出现的问题进行了分析,并提出解决问题的办法,指出运行、维护中应注意的问题。

The tubular rubber-belt conveyer is seldom used in Chinese power plants. This paper mainly describes its features, conveying conditions and selection of operating parameters. In combination with its application in Zhuhai Power Station, the work flow of using the tubular rubber-belt conveyer in disposal of boiler slag and fly ash is explicated, the problems in the application analyzed, the solutions thereof presented, and the matters needing attention in the operation and maintenance indicated.
