摘要
大唐国际张家口发电厂8台300MW机组电动给水泵配置了R16K550型液力偶合器,讨论了该厂偶合器共存的问题:7号径向轴瓦温度偏高、调速系统卡涩、油中带水。在对R16K550型液力偶合器的工作原理进行分析的基础上,从运行管理和设备结构、质量等方面剖析了这些问题产生的原因,并提出解决问题的措施。实际生产情况表明,这些措施的实施收效较大。
The motor-driven feed pumps of eight 300 MW units in Datang International Zhangjiakou Power Plant are equipped with R16K550 hydraulic couplers. This paper discusses the common problems of the couplers, which include the overtemperature of No. 7 redial bearing bush, jamming of speed governing system and water in oil. Based on analyzing the working principle of R16K550 hydraulic couplers, the causes of the problems are investigated from such aspects as operational management, equipment structure and quality, and countermeasures are put forward accordingly. The efficiency of the countermeasures is verified by practical operation.
