摘要
简要介绍了广东惠州天然气发电有限公司3×390MW燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组的配置型式,叙述了调试过程中3号机组6号轴瓦温度异常的情况,针对轴瓦的实际结构,从设计、制造、安装和运行调整等不同方面分析了6号轴瓦温度异常的原因,最后认为是轴瓦安装参数出现了问题,现场解体检查证实了轴瓦侧隙偏小,处理后问题得以解决。
The configuration of three 390 MW gas-steam combined cycle units in Guangdong Huizhou Natural Gas Power Generation Co., Ltd. is presented briefly, and the temperature abnormality of Bearing Bush 6 in Unit 3 during commissioning is described. In view of the structure of the bearing bush, the reasons for the problem are analyzed in terms of design, manufacture, installation and operation adjustment, it is concluded that the bearing bush installation parameter is improper. Strip inspection on site shows that the bearing bush side gap is on the small side. The problem is solved after treatment.
