摘要
以珠江发电厂3号机组出现的一次分散控制系统(DCS)全瘫痪的故障为例,介绍了DCS瘫痪后对各控制系统的影响和瘫痪后的故障现象,以及各专业人员应采取的应急操作步骤,为各电厂制订反事故措施和开展反事故演习提供较好的参考。
Taking an entire paralysis of the distributed control system （DCS） for Unit 3 in Zhujiang Power Plant for instance, this paper describes the influence of the DCS paralysis on the control systems together with the specific fault phenomena, and indicates the emergency handling steps that should be adopted, thereby supplying reference to power plants when formulating countermeasures and launching rehearsals against accidents.
