反相高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中的7种性激素

Simultaneous determination of seven sexual hormones in cosmetics by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography

目的：建立一种简单、准确、灵敏、同时测定化妆品中7种性激素（雌二醇、雌三醇、雌酮、睾酮、甲基睾酮、孕酮、己烯雌酚）的高效液相色谱检测方法。方法：样品经甲醇提取、净化后，在XTerra RP18色谱柱（5μm，4．6mm×150mm）上，以桕甲醇／乙腈（50：30：20，v／v／v）为流动相，利用二极管阵列检测器进行检测，雌二醇、雌三醇、雌酮、己烯雌酚的检测波长为197nm，睾酮、甲基睾酮、孕酮的检测波长为240nm。结果：7种性激素分离良好并排除了样品中杂质峰的干扰。样品的平均回收率范围为92．0％～95．2％；相对标准偏差为1．60％～2．65％；检出限为0．15～1．0mg／L。结论：该方法简便、准确并可同时测定化妆品中的7种性激素。

Objective： To develop a sensitive, accurate and efficient method for the simultaneous determination of seven sexual hormones in cosmetics, namely, estriol, estradiol- 1713, estrone, testosterone, methyl-testosterone, progesterone and diethyl- stilbestrol by reversed - phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods： Cosmetics were extracted by methol. The HPLC separation was carried out on an XTerra RP18 column（ 150 mm ×4. 6 mm × 5 μm） using water - methanol - acetonitrile（50： 30：20,v/v/v） as mobile phase in isocratic mode at a constant flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Detection was performed by diode array detection, estriol, estradiol - 1713, estrone and diethylstilbestrol were detected at 197 nm. estrone, testosterone, methyl -testosterone were detected at 240 nm. Results：The average spiked recoveries for seven sexual hormones ranged from 92.0% to 95.2%. with relative standard deviations of 1.65% to 2. 65%. The linear ranges of determination were from 0. 15 mg/L to 1.0 mg/L. Conclusion：The method is suitable to simultaneously assay the seven sexual hormones in cosmetics with simplicity and accuracy in a single injection.
