生物检材中毒鼠强的快速气相色谱法测定

摘要 目的:快速检验各种复杂生物检材中的毒鼠强。方法:利用2 m长的色谱填充柱,火焰光度检测器,对样品和标准溶液同时进行净化处理,消除了净化剂对毒鼠强的吸附,结合更换滤光片的方法有效地排除了有机磷的干扰。结果:方法平均回收率:尿为90.2%,洗胃液为88.5%,变异系数:尿为4.24%,洗胃液为4.89%。方法的最小检出量为0.1 ng。结论:该法操作简便,结果准确。 Objective:To rapidly detect Dushuqiang in biological samples. Methods:Using 2 meter long chromatograph packing column, the flame luminosity detector, simultaneously carTies on the cleaning treatment to the sample and the standard solution, eliminated the scavenger to Dushuqiang adsorption, the union has replaced light filter's method to remove the ganophosphorus disturbance effectively. Results:Method average returns -ratio: The urine was 90.2%, the gastric lavage fluid was 88.5%, coefficient of variation : The urine was 4. 24%, the gastric lavage fluid was 4. 89%. The method slightly picks out the quantity was 0. 1 ng. Conclusion:This law operation is simple and the result is accurate.
