摘要
目的:建立一种离子色谱检测方法,用于同时测定10种阴离子含量。方法:选用Ionpac AS23分离柱,Ionpac AG23保护柱,淋洗液为NaCO3/NaHCO3,浓度为7.0mmol/L/0.4mmol/L。流速1.0ml/min。结果:在0.005~8.00mg/L浓度范围内,各待测物的线性关系良好。结论:该方法简便、灵敏。一次进样23min内,全部分离完全,可满足国家饮用水卫生标准及美国EPA的标准。
Objective:To develop a method for simultaneous determination of 10 negtive ions in the water by ion chromatography. Methods:Ten negtive ions were separated by Ionpae AS23 column with Ionpac AG 23 with an eluent containing 7. 0 mmol/ L NaCO3 and 0.4 mmol/L NaHCO3. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results:The linear concentration range was 0. 005 - 8. 00 mg/L for each agent. Conclusion:The method enables efficient, sensitive and rapid analysis for both standards of EPA and the national drinking water sanitation, which simultaneously and completely separates all agents only in 23 minutes.
