65例女性生殖道支原体检测结果的分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨解脲支原体(Ureaplasmaurealyticum,UU)和人型支原体(Mycoplasmahominis,MH)在女性生殖道的主要寄生部位。方法:采用载量相同的标准棉拭子分别于女性阴道穹窿和宫颈口采样,用法国生物梅里埃ID试剂进行解脲支原体和人型支原体的培养鉴定及半定量计数,对不同部位检测结果进行比较分析。结果:阴道穹窿部位标本中两组UU和MH的检测(结果分别为:χ2=10.102,P=0.001、χ2=12.006,P=0.001,总阳性数和≥104ccu/ml)半定量阳性率均高于宫颈口标本。结论:对女性生殖道支原体感染的检测时应采集阴道穹窿部位标本,以提高检出率,更好地指导治疗。 Objective:To explore the mainly infective position of ureaplasma urealytium (UU) and mycoplasmahominis (MH) in femal genital tract. Methods:Samples were obtained from 65 patient's vaginal fornix and secretion of cervix and these samples were cultivated and counted by half- quantiy( ≥ 10^4 ccu/ml) in mycoplasma ID reagent from french Bio -Merieux. The results of the dective rate in different position were compared and analyzed. Results :The detective rates of UU and MH from vaginal fornix were higher than those from cervix seretion. There were significant differences between two groups (UU:χ^2 = 10. 102, P =0. 001, MH :χ^2 = 12. 006, P = 0. 001 ). Conclusion: Samples should be obtained from the vaginal fornix when detecting the infection of UU and MH in femal genital tract. So we can increase the detective rate and guide patient's treatment.
