SPA协同凝集快速检测华支睾吸虫感染方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究用更加简便、快速、敏感、经济有效的SPA协同凝集实验替代镜检法检测华支睾吸虫。方法:用待检血清致敏SPA菌株,用华支睾吸虫囊蚴感染动物,获取虫体抗原进行反向协同凝集试验。结果:10份镜检华支睾吸虫虫卵阳性血和5份感染华支睾吸虫囊蚴的鼠血SPA协同凝集试验均为阳性;10份华支睾吸虫便检阴性和5份未感染华支睾吸虫囊蚴的大白鼠血均为阴性;便检华支睾吸虫卵阴性,回虫、蛲虫、鞭虫等虫卵阳性的血液10份血,结果均为阴性;Cowan l菌株无自凝。结论:该试验作为华支睾吸虫临床及流行病学调查的一种检测方法优于传统的镜检法,特别是流行病学调查更为实用。 Objective:To study the assay method of SPA - CoA on Clonorehis sinensis infection to provide a more convenient, fast, sensitive, economic method than microscopy. Methods:The tested serum was used to sensitize SPA bacterial strain. Animals were infected by encysted metacercaria of clonorchis sinensis in order to obtain antigen of worm's body to reverse indirect agglutination test. Results:Both 10 microscopy positive blood samples of Clonorchis sinensis eggs and 5 blood samples of rat infected by Metacercaria of Clonorehis sinensis were SPA - CoA positive. Both 10 stool examination negative of Clonorehis sinensis and 5 blood samples of rat uninfected by Metacerearia of Clonorchis sinensis were SPA - CoA negative. Both 10 stool examination negative of Clonorchis sinensis and 10 positive blood of egg of Ascaris were SPA - CoA negative. 10 stool examination negative of Clonorchis sinensis but enterobius vermicularis, whipworm positive were negative. Cowanl strain was not self- clotting. Conclusion: SPA - CoA method for Clonorchis sinensis detection is superior to traditional microscopy as clinic and epidemiological investigation, which is more practical for epidemiological investigation.
