锡林浩特市2005～2007年餐具消毒质量监测结果分析

Quality monitoring analysis of tableware disinfection in Xilinhaote from 2005 to 2007

目的:了解锡林浩特市餐饮具消毒卫生质量,探讨其影响因素,提出改进建议。方法:大肠菌群纸片法,按国家规定的检测方法进行检测。结果:总体合格率62.75%,大型餐馆合格率较高,中小型餐馆合格率较低。不同类型餐饮业单位,不同类型餐具的合格率都有显著性差异。结论:应加强餐饮业餐具消毒监管力度,采取综合措施进一步提高餐饮具消毒卫生质量。

Objective： Getting kuowledge of tableware disinfection of Xilinhaote, discussing its effect ion and proposing suggestion of improvement. Methods：Dectecting Coliform disk by using normal method. Results：The global passing rate was 62. 75%, large eatery was high and small eatery low. There was definite difference in different mess kit and different disinfectant fashion. Conclusion：We should reinforce supervision for food industry and take integrate measure to improve quality of tableware disinfection.
