摘要
目的:了解锡林浩特市餐饮具消毒卫生质量,探讨其影响因素,提出改进建议。方法:大肠菌群纸片法,按国家规定的检测方法进行检测。结果:总体合格率62.75%,大型餐馆合格率较高,中小型餐馆合格率较低。不同类型餐饮业单位,不同类型餐具的合格率都有显著性差异。结论:应加强餐饮业餐具消毒监管力度,采取综合措施进一步提高餐饮具消毒卫生质量。
Objective: Getting kuowledge of tableware disinfection of Xilinhaote, discussing its effect ion and proposing suggestion of improvement. Methods:Dectecting Coliform disk by using normal method. Results:The global passing rate was 62. 75%, large eatery was high and small eatery low. There was definite difference in different mess kit and different disinfectant fashion. Conclusion:We should reinforce supervision for food industry and take integrate measure to improve quality of tableware disinfection.
