肾素抑制剂阿利吉仑治疗高血压的现状

摘要 目的综述肾素抑制剂阿利吉仑抗高血压药的现状。方法参阅相关文献,从一般介绍、药理学、临床试验、临床评价、不良反应和注意事项等对阿利吉仑治疗高血压的现状进行综述。结果与结论阿利吉仑对轻中度高血压有明显的疗效,可与其他抗高血压药联用;对其不良反应及学术观点的不同意见应予关注。
