摘要
目的总结肺挫伤的诊断及治疗经验。方法回顾分析2001-01～2007-06收治的188例肺挫伤患者的诊断、治疗方法及治疗效果。结果治愈181例,死亡7例。死于创伤性失血性休克2例,重型颅脑损伤2例,ARDS3例。结论严重创伤患者肺挫伤的诊断首选CT检查,治疗后复查宜选胸部X光片。严重的合并伤和肺部并发症是肺挫伤的主要死亡原因,积极治疗合并伤,预防和治疗肺炎、肺不张及ARDS等是治疗肺挫伤的关键。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and therapy of lung contusion. Methods 188 patients with lung contusion from January 2001 to June 2007 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The diagnosis, therapy and curative effect were discussed. Results Among 188 cases, 181 cases were cured,7 cases died. 2 cases died of hemorrhagic shock, 2 cases died of severe head injury, 3 cases died of ARDS. Conclusion Chest CT was best choice for the diagnosis of the lung contusion of patients with severe trauma. X ray was suitable for the reexamination of the patients after the treatment. Severe complications were the main cause of death. The key to improve the prognosis of lung contusion was the active treatment of complications, the prevention and treatment of pneumonia, pulmonary atelectasis and ARDS.
