摘要
目的脓毒症的研究在过去四十年里取得了一定的进展,自人类重组活化蛋白C的出现以来,我们已认识到凝血系统紊乱在脓毒症中的重要地位,而低分子肝素作为在临床上广泛使用的抗凝药物,现已发现其在脓毒症的各个环节都有其阻断作用,本文就其机制做一综述。
There is some progress on the study of sepsis in past 40 years. When rhAPC comes out, we have known the importance of blood coagulation function imbalance caused by sepsis. Low molecular weight heparin has been widely used in hospital as anticoagulant. We discover it can block sepsis in many experiments, in this article, we summarize its mechanism.
