安氏疗法治疗内痔、混合痔387例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Results of An＇s Therapy in the Treatment of Internal ＆ Mixed Hemorrhoids：Analysis of 387 Cases

为探讨安氏疗法治疗各期内痔、混合痔的疗效，采用单纯芍倍注射术治疗各期内痔和静脉曲张性混合痔，治愈率100％；小切口外痔切剥加内痔芍倍注射术治疗单纯结缔组织性混合痔，治愈率95．6％；小切口分段不全外剥内扎加芍倍注射术治疗环状混合痔和混合痔嵌顿，治愈率94．8％，均无明显并发症。结果表明，安氏疗法治疗各期内痔、混合痔具有痛苦小、疗程短、并发症少、易操作、疗效可靠等优点。

The objective of this study was to evaluate the therapeutic effect of An＇s therapy in the treatment of internal ＆ mixed hemorrhoids at different stages. Shaobei injection could cured internal hemorrhoids and varicose mixed hemorrhoid,the cure rate being 100% ;small incision ＆ dissection of the external hemorrhoids plus Shaobei injection at the internal hemorrhoids in the treatment of simple connective-tissue mixed hemorrhoids could give a cure rate of 95.6 %;and small incision, segmental incomplete external dissection internal ligation plus Shaobei injection in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids and incarcerated hemorrhoids could ensure a cure rate of 94.8%;and no notable complication was found. It is coneluded that An＇s therapy has many strong points in the treatment of internal ＆ mixed hemorrhoids of different stages, in terms of less pain, shorter treatment course, less complications, easy manipulation and better therapeutic results.
