痔上黏膜环状切除术治疗重度脱垂性内痔24例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Results of the Procedure for Prolapase and Hemorrhoids in the Treatment of Severe Prolapsed Internal Hemorrhoids：Analysis of 24 Cases

为探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗重度痔的临床应用价值，回顾性分析PPH治疗重度痔24例临床资料。结果显示，平均手术时间15min，术后住院时间平均3．8d，无1例出现严重并发症。结果表明，使用PPH治疗重度脱垂性内痔，操作方便，手术简单．手术时间与住院时间短，疗效好，并发症少。

The clinical data of 24 patients with severe hemorrhoids who underwent PPH were analised retrospectively to probe into the applieational value of PPH. Results showed that the average operation period of time was 15 minutes,the average postoperative hospital stay was 3.8 days,and there was no severe complication. It is revealed that the application of PPH in the treatment of severe prolapsed internal hemorrhoids is simpler in manipulation, shorter in operation time and hospital stay, better in therapeutic results and less in complication.
