手术配合中药熏洗治疗急性嵌顿痔156例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Surgical Operation plus Postoperative TCM Decoction Fumigation and Washing in the Treatment of Acute Incarcerated Hemorrhoids：Analysis of 156 Cases

为观察手术配合中药熏洗治疗急性嵌顿痔的疗效，采用外剥内扎内注术加侧方内括约肌切断扩肛术治疗急性嵌顿痔156例。术后配合使用自拟痔科熏洗方熏洗治疗，全部治愈，平均疗程16d，随访1～5年，无复发，无肛门狭窄或失禁等后遗症。结果表明，该法治疗急性嵌顿痔能迅速减轻病人痛苦，疗效确切，无后遗症，远期疗效肯定，自拟痔科熏洗方可有效改善症状，是治疗嵌顿痔可靠有效的药物。

The combined surgical procedure of external dissection,internal ligation and injection plus incision of the laternal innersphincter and anodilation was adopted in the treatment of 156 patients with acute incarcerated hemorrhoids, which was followed by TCM decoction fumigation and washing. As resluts, all the cases were cured,the average cure period of time was 16 days,and follow up of 1-5 years showed no recurrence and such sequelae as anal stricture or fecal incontinence. It is revealed that the combined therapy can rapidly relieve pain, has definite therapeutic efficacy, has no sequela, long therapeutic effect affirmation, and that the TCM decoction can effectively improve symptoms.
