切开加虚挂引流术治疗肛瘘、肛周脓肿35例

The Combined Procedure of Incision, Loose Threading and Drainage in the Treatment of Anal Fistula and Perianal Abscess： Analysis of 35 Cases

为解决肛瘘、肛周脓肿治疗中存在的肛门功能保护不足、挂线勒割时所产生的疼痛，采用内口切开，在内口与手术切口之间松弛挂入橡皮筋，做牢固、持续的对口引流，不勒断肛门括约肌，待创面变浅接近愈合时，拆除引流物，换药至创口愈合。用该法治疗肛瘘、肛周脓肿35例，取得满意疗效。

The objective of this study was to effectively protect the anal function and reduce pain in the treatment of anal fistula and perianal abscess. The surgical procedure included incision of the internal opening,loose placement of a rubber string between the internal opening and the surgical incision（to ensure a continous drainage,while the anal sphincter remained not to be tightly ligated）. When the wound was about to heal, the rubber string was removed, and dressing was continued till the wound healed completely. The 35 patients underwent the combined procedure and the outcome was satisfactory.
