摘要
通过对实验数据与Gompertz模型、Logistic模型和Richards模型拟合结果的比较,确定描述原料奶中金黄色葡萄球菌生长情况的最适合模型为Gompertz模型,同时建立二级生长模型。该模型的建立可以为今后原料奶和乳制品特征性病原菌的风险评估奠定了一定的科学基础,也可以为控制原料奶中金黄色葡萄球菌的生长及其毒素的产生提供理论依据。
By comparing the experimental data with Gompertz model, Logistic model and Richards model, Gompertz was chosen as the best model to describe the growth of staphylococcus aureus in raw milk, Meanwhile, a second-degree model was built. The growth prediction model can establish certain scientific foundation for mark pathogenic microorganism risk assessment in raw milk and dairy products in the future, it also can provide theory basis for the control of the growth of staphylococcus aureus and production of SET in raw milk.
