多菌灵、福美双复配种衣剂高效液相色谱分析

Determination of Seed Dressing with carbendazim and thiram by Reversed Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatograph

本文介绍用反相液谱治分析复配种衣剂中的多菌灵。福美双的方法。以CS柱为分离柱，280nm为检测波长，50％甲醇（0．2％NH4OH）为流动相，外标法定量。多菌灵、福美双含量测定变异系数分别为0．58％和1．56％，回收率分别为100．8％和100．3％。

It was introduced that quantitative analysis of seed dressing with carbendazim and thiram by reversed phase HPLC with 250×4.6mm C8 column,methanol/0.2% NH4OH (50/50) as mobile phase, detected in 280mn wave length. The results showed that coefficients of variation are not more than 1.56% and average recoveries arc 100.8% for carbendazim, 100.3%for thiram.
