摘要
本文介绍了以键合C(18)为固定相，甲醇+水为流动相，邻苯二甲酸二丙酯为内标物的硫双灭多威反相高效液相色谱分析方法。标准偏差为0．25，变异系数为0．34％，回收率在99．98～100．11％之间，线性相关系数为r＝0．9990。
The quantitative analysis method was developed for thlodicarb by reversed-phase HPLC. By selecting bonded C18 for statlonary phase, methanol-water as mobile phase and using dipropyl phthalate as internal standard, the method is convenient, rapid and accurate. Thc results showed that standard deviation, coefficient of variation and linear correlation were 0.25, 0.34% and 0.9990 respectively. The recovery was 99.98~101. 11%.
