摘要
介绍基于CCD摄像机的光纤定位单元的视觉测量装置。采用CCD摄像机对LAMOST光纤定位单元的定位精度进行检测。介绍测量装置的基本组成,分析测量装置的稳定性。着重分析采用标定靶实现对测量装置进行摄像机标定的方法。实验结果表明,在160mm×160mm的测量视场内,采用一个140mm×140mm的标定靶对摄像机进行标定后,标定残差均值为6.75μm。
Introduces the device of Optical Fiber Positioning Cell (OFPC) based on CCD camera. Make use of a CCD camera to measure the position-error of OFPC. Introduce the consists of the device, analyzed the stability and focus on the method of calibration of CCD camera of the measure system. The result shows that in a field of 160mm × 160mm, the calibration residual error is about 6. 75μm with a 140mm × 140mm calibration jig calibrating the camera.
