氟虫脲高效液相色谱分析

Determination of flufenoxuron by HPLC

本文叙述了用HPLC法，采用SpherisorbC18柱，以甲醇、水和异丙醇为流动相，在252um下检测，外标法定量分析5％氟虫腺乳油制剂。方法的线性相关性好，变异系数为0.51％，回收率为99.26-100．4％，适于氟虫脲乳油制剂的分析。

A method for the separation and determination of 5% flufenoxuronEC by HPLC with spherisorb C, co1umn at 252nm was established. The mobilephase consists of methanol, water and isopropanol (70:26:4). Using ekternalstandard method, the results sho.ed the coefficient of variation and recoverywere 0.51 %, 99. 26~100. 4 % respectively, the linear correlation was good andthe method was suitable for determination of flufenoxuron EC.
