摘要
本文介绍用7%OV-17长度为1m的玻璃柱,以邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯为内标物,在195℃的柱温下用FID检测器对农思它进行定量分析。分析方法的变异系数为0.41%,平均回收率为99.98%,线性相关系数为0.9999。
The quantitative analysis of oxadizon by using gas chromatography on glass column packed with 7% OV-17 and using dibutyl phthalate as in ternal standard waa introduced. The condition was that the column tempera ture was 195t and the FID detector was used. The coefficients of variation and the linear correlation were 0. 41% and 0. 9999 respectively. The average recovery was 99. 98%.
