测试油液中颗粒污染度的关键是准确测定出各个尺寸区间的颗粒个数,进而评定出油液污染度的等级。因此,本文在理论分析的基础上,提出了一种确定油液颗粒个数、颗粒尺寸的测试算法。通过这种算法,提高了颗粒计数的方便性和精确度,可广泛用于实际油液中颗粒污染度的测量。

The key to detect particle contamination in oil is to measure particle amounts among different particle dimensions accurately, and then to assess the grade of the oil contamination. So, based on the theoretical analysis, the paper puts forward a kind of algorithm to detect particle amounts and particle dimensions. By this, we can promote the particle counting convenience and precision and make the method extensively used for the oil contamination in actural oil.
