摘要
从利用 Gleeble-1500D 热模拟试验机对超深冲钢的塑性变形抗力进行压缩试验测定,温度范围为600~1000℃、变形速率为1/s、25/s和最大应变量为0.7。结果表明:变形温度在750~800℃或900~1000℃范围内,变形抗力随温度的升高而减小;而在800~900℃范围内,变形抗力随温度的升高而升高。然而,在 Gleeble 上对该铜两相区附近的拉伸试验却存在严重不均匀变形的现象,通过物理试验和数值模拟探讨了这一问题。
The compressive test on plastic deformation resistance of the super deep punching steel is measured in Gleeble-1500D thermomechanical simulator at the temperature of 600-1000℃, strain rate of 1/s and 25/s, and strain of 0.7. The result shows that the deformation resistance de- creases with the temperature increases when the temperature is at 750-800℃ or 900-1000℃, whereas the deformation resistance increases with the temperature increases when the temperature is at 800-900℃. However, the tension test shows that the serious non-uniform deformation occurs at the two-phase region. This deformation problem is discussed by the physical experiment and numerical simulation.
