摘要 给出了一种制冷系统控制算法验证装置的方案,描述了验证装置的原理及其组成。详细介绍了验证装置核心部件控制器的软硬件设计。举例验证了以电子膨胀阀为控制目标的几种当前常用空调制冷系统的控制算法。试验结果表明,该系统方便、快速,有效地对比出了空调制冷系统所用控制算法的优劣。 The strategy for the verification device for control algorithms of refrigeration system is proposed. The principle and composition of the device are described. The design of hardware and software of the kernel component controller of the verification device is introduced in detail. Several conventional control algorithms for air conditioning and refrigeration system with electronic expansion valve as the controlled object are verified as examples. The experimental results show that the device is easy to use with fast speed, and is able to compare the superior and inferior of the control algorithms used in refrigeration systems.
