摘要
本文运用正交试验方法,对铁基粉末冶金刹车材料的配方进行了筛选,探讨了各组元含量的变化对材料的摩擦、磨损性能及经济效益产生的影响。优化筛选出的粉末冶金刹车材料成分配比为(%):3Cu,11C(石墨的粒度组成为细品),2MoS_2,3PbO,1Al_2O_3,S(不加或少加),余为Fe。
In this article, by using orthogonal testing method and taking the influences of variants of each constituent content on both friction and wear properties and economics as mAlN factors of consideration, the material mixtures used for iron base P/M brake were selected.The composition(%)after optimizing and selecting is Fe, 3Cu, 1C(graphite, fine grAlN), 2MoS_2,3PbO, 1Al_2O_3, S(no addition or trace),
