Science and technology development strategy of grassland soil and water conservation

水土流失是全球性的主要生态与环境问题之一,针对我国水土流失防治和草地生态建设的迫切需求,对我国草地水土保持科技现状进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了进一步完善水土保持学科、解决草地水土保持与生态建设中的重大科学与技术问题,明确了草地水土保持主要学科领域及战略重点。

Soil and water loss is one of eco-environment problems in the World. Considering the urgent need of erosion control and ecological restoration of grassland, the current condition of China in research and development for soil and water conservation is investigated. The paper raises the technical issues existed in grassland development and proposes measures for water conservation and ecological recovery of grassland. Key area and strategic focus are specified for soil and water conservation of grassland.
