在我国社会转型中,贫富差距的扩大、社会分层的日益明显,使弱势群体越来越受到人们的关注。为此,本文从法律和社会的角度,论证了法治社会下弱势群体法律保护的必要性,分析了弱势群体人权保护的现状,并提出保护弱势群体基本人权的措施及建议。

During the conversion of our society, the extension of the gap between the rich and the poor, the gradual distinction of the layers of the society make the disadvantaged group more and more appealling. From the point of view of the legality and society, this article analyzes the circumstances of the human right protection of the disadvantaged group, demonstrates the necessity of the legal protection of the disadvanteged group, and at the same time points out the measures and suggestions for protecting the basic human rights of the disadvantaged group.
