Synthesis of Biodiesel with Heterogeneous Catalyst

以菜籽油为原料,以非均相催化剂催化制备生物柴油。分别考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量以及醇油比对转化率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。

Biodiosel was prepared from rapeseed oil with methanol catalyzed by heterogeneous catalyst. Meanwhile, the major factors affect conversion of the process such as reaction time, amount of catalyst, reaction temperature and molar ratio was analyzed. The result showed that under the optimum conditions, conversion efficiency of biodiesel from rapeseed oil was over 97 %, and the qualification of the production reached GB/F 20828 - 2007.
