摘要
介绍了以甲醇钠为催化剂,使用棉籽油与甲醇进行酯交换反应制备生物柴油的工艺过程。采用正交实验的方法研究得到酯交换反应的最佳工艺条件为:醇油摩尔比6∶1,催化剂甲醇钠的质量分数为0.6%,反应温度50℃,反应时间60 min,收率达到96%。该工艺设备简单,工艺成熟,适于多种油品的中小规模生产。
According to the orthogonal experiments, the optimal transesterification conditions of cotton oil and methanol catalyzed by sodium methoxide to form biodiesel were investigated. The suitable conditions for the transesterification of cotton oil were obtained: molar ration of methanol to oil 6:1, reaction time 60 min, reaction temperature 50℃ and amount of catalyst 0.6 % of the oil weight. The yield could reach 96 %.
