摘要
本文首先介绍了蓄热式加热炉电磁干扰的主要来源,对各种干扰引起的系统故障进行分析,采用加装UPS电源,改铺信号线,完善接地系统等方法解决了干扰问题,最后简述了一般性PLC控制系统的抗干扰措施。
This paper firstly introduce the main source of electromagnetic interference of regenerative furnace ,analyse the various of system fault caused by electromagnetic interferences, By the installation of UPS, to shop signal line, and improve the methods of grounding system solve the interference problem, Finally a general briefed the PLC control system anti-interference measures.
