摘要 目的探讨白色念珠菌磷脂酶活性与随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)电泳条带之间的关系,构建多元回归模型。方法通过蛋黄琼脂平板法对144株白色念珠菌磷脂酶活力进行检测,通过RAPD方法进行扩增并电泳,统计学行多元回归分析。结果144株白色念珠菌磷脂酶阳性率为81.94%,Pz值为0.73±0.015。白色念珠菌磷脂酶活性与450、1 200和1 300 bp 3条带显著相关(P<0.01)。结论RAPD部分电泳条带可间接反映白色磷脂酶活性的强弱,其所含基因信息可能与白色念珠菌的分泌与调节有关。 Objective To research the relationship between the phospholipase activities and the random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) bands of Candida albicans, and establish the regression model. Methods A semi-quantitative way (egg yolk agar) was used to evaluate phospholipase activities of 144 C. albicans strains, and RAPD-PCR was used to get their bands, which were further used for multiple regression analysis. Results 81.94 % of C. albicans strains tested produced extracellular phospholipases, and their Pz values were 0.73±0. 015. The activities were associated with three bands: 450, 1 200 and 1 300 bp, and there were remarkable differences (P〈0.01). Conclusion Some RAPD bands can reflect the phospholipase activities of C. albicans indirectly, and these bands contain some important messages about secretion and regulation of C. albicans phospholipase.
