摘要
结核分枝杆菌分泌许多蛋白到细胞外,对结核病的发生起着举足轻重的作用,其中6 ku早期分泌抗原靶分子(简称ESAT6)具有主要活性,可以显著活化巨噬细胞,提高巨噬细胞对胞内结核杆菌的生长抑制作用和杀伤能力,同时在保护性细胞免疫中发挥着作用,并介导长期持久的免疫记忆,ESAT6有望成为检测MTB抗体和研究新型疫苗的特异性抗原。本文就ESAT6的特点以及在诊断、疫苗方面得研究进展进行了综述。
Many proteins secreted by Mycobacterium tuberculosis play a very important role in tuberculosis patients, and 6 ku early secreted antigenic target (ESAT6) can significantly activate macrophage and improve its' growth inhibiting function and killing ability for M. tuberculosis in macrophage. ESAT6 also takes part in the cell protection immune, and mediates long-term and lasting immune memory. ESAT6 is a specific antigen, which can be used to detect M. tuberculosis antibody and study new generation vaccine. Advances in characteristic, diagnosis and vaccine of ESAT6 were summarized in this article.
