唐山市市售蔬菜寄生虫虫卵污染情况调查

Survey of market vegetables contaminated with parasite eggs in Tangshan

调查唐山市市售蔬菜8种57份,寄生虫虫卵污染率为40.35%,其中葱的寄生虫虫卵污染率最高,达83.3%(5/6),其次是蒜苗和萝卜,其他蔬菜的污染率相对较小,各种蔬菜寄生虫虫卵污染率差异无显著性(P>0.05);蛔虫虫卵污染蔬菜1种,绦虫卵污染2种,粪类圆线虫虫卵污染7种,以粪类圆线虫虫卵的污染较为严重。

Eight kinds and 57 shares of the selling vegetables in Tangshan City were investigated, the contaminating rate of parasite eggs in spring onion was the highest which reached 83.3%, followed by the garlic sprouts and turnip, the contaminating rate of other vegetables was lower relatively. There was no significant difference in the contaminating rate of parasite eggs. One kind of vegetables was contaminated by Ascaris lumbricoides eggs, two kinds of vegetables were con taminated by tapeworm eggs, Strongyloides stercoralis contaminated seven kinds of vegetables; there was 23 positive samples in 57 samples （the positive rate was 40.35%）. The pollution of S. stercoralis is more serious than others.
