抗苗勒管激素与卵泡发育的研究进展

摘要 抗苗勒管激素又称苗勒抑制物质,是属于转化生长因子β(TGF-β)超家族成员之一的一种多功能细胞因子,由睾丸未成熟的Sertoli细胞和卵巢颗粒细胞分泌,具有调节两性生殖细胞生长发育及分化、性腺发育及促进雄性胚胎苗勒管退化等作用。近年来各国学者对抗苗勒管激素在多囊卵巢综合征中的作用展开了广泛的研究,了解抗苗勒管激素的分子结构、基因表达和功能,对多囊卵巢综合征患者的卵泡发育及发病机制研究有重要意义。
