摘要
目的通过对10例颅内静脉窦损伤的术中处理,探讨静脉窦损伤的处理方法。方法针对静脉窦破裂的大小,采用直接贴敷止血材料、间断缝合+贴敷止血材料、螺旋样重叠缝合+贴敷止血材料的方法。结果本组10例均修补成功,9例患者痊愈,1例因术中出血性休克导致心跳骤停而死亡。结论应用上述方法处理颅内静脉窦损伤简单易行,可以达到很好的止血目的。
Objective To discuss the methods of intracranial venous sinus injury through 10 cases intraoperative treatment. Methods To aim directly at the lacerate size of venous sinus,we compressed with hemostatic substances directly,or suturing discontinuously with compressed with hemostatic substances,or spiralis superimposed suturing with compressed with hemostatic substances. Results All cases were repaired successfully;9 cases were cured, and one died of cardiac arrest because of hemorrhagic shock. Conclusions They are simple methods to treat intracranial venous sinus injury, and can acquire good hemostasis goals.
