摘要
目的探讨"冷超声乳化"与"传统超乳"的技术比较。方法分别采用"冷超声乳化"设备"脉冲"和"爆破"模式与"传统超乳"设备"连续"模式手术摘除白内障68例(68只眼)。结果"冷超声乳化"术中的能量和乳化时间均明显低于"传统超乳"P<0.05,有显著差异。结论"冷超声乳化"与"传统超乳"技术相比,可显著减少超乳能量释放,提高乳化效率,减轻对角膜内皮细胞的损伤,缩短手术时间,术后疗效更好。
Objective To discuss the comparison the technical between cryo - phaco and traditional phaco. Methods To extract 34 cataracts from 34 eyes by the way of using the model of "Pulse" and "Blasting" in the device of "cryo - phaco" and by the way of "continue" model in the device of traditional phaco. Results The energy and the time of phacoemulsification in the surgery of "cryo - phaco" are all below the traditional phaco in average level P 〈 0.05, they have significant differences. Conclusions Comparing the technical of cryo - phaco with traditional phaco, cryo - phaco technology can reduce the releasing of energy significantly, and it can improve the efficiency of phacoe-mulsification, reduce the damage to corneal endothelial cell, cut the surgery time, and the therapeutic effect is better.
