野外生存生活训练课是对高校体育教学内容的拓展和创新,本文主要采用文献资料法和调查法,通过对厦门大学开展野外生存生活训练课情况进行调查和分析,找出存在问题,并提出改进意见,为完善该门课程的开展提供一定的建议。

Field Training for Existence is a kind of developing and creating to college teaching content. The article mainly takes literature collection approach and investigation approach, investigates and analyses the situation of Field Training for Existence in Xiamen University, then points out the existing problems and improving opinion, making suggestions to the perfection of this course.
