摘要
在锅炉的运行过程中,由于烟气含氧量变化较频繁,现场氧量分析仪的测量值难以准确及时地反映氧量的变化情况,特别是在升负荷过程中氧量测量值存在滞后性。针对以上问题提出基于模糊理论的烟气含氧量修正方法,将修正后的氧量值应用于基于折算压差的空气预热器积灰监测模型,模型计算出的结果能够较好地反映空气预热器的积灰情况。
As the O2 changed frequently when the plant is working, the value of the measure instrument can not reflect the really change of the O2 very accurately and timely, especially the value of the O2 always lagged when the load is ascending. Inorder to solve the problem, this paper proposes a method to modify O2 content in flue gas based on fuzzy theory. It proved that the result of the convert pressure difference model can well refect the ash deposit on air preheater, when the modified value of O2 were used in the model.
