Tobacco Plant Asset Management System Design Based on FieldCare Platform

烟草企业内安装了大量计量仪表、阀门等智能现场设备,对于现场设备的巡检、调校、定期标定是非常复杂的工作。采用FieldCare工厂资产管理系统,对现场设备进行远程参数配置、调校、故障诊断与维护,大大提高了工作效率。通过状态监测,对所有的智能现场工作状态做到心中有数。整个工厂基于Profibus技术的其使设计实施过程非常简捷,基于FDT/DTM技术的开放标准允许一套系统管理所有厂家的智能现场设备。

Lots of instruments and valves are used in tobacco plant, where devices inspection, valve regulation, and scheduled instruments calibration, big jobs need to be done. Plant asset management system, FieldCare, which can make these jobs much easier via device remote configure, regulate, diagnosis and maintenance. Besides, instruments engineer can know device condition exactly by monitoring device condition. Designing plant asset management system can be easily done based on Profibus network. And FDT/DTM technology frees plant owner＇s choice of selecting devices from different suppliers.
